Dim’Mya (Mya) was pregnant at 15 with twins. This May, she will graduate from Indianapolis Metropolitan High School. Could she have quit? Yes! Did she? Nope! We are super proud of her.
Mya started with CIYFC as a City Life teen in the Hawthorne neighborhood. She connected with Parent Life when she found out she was expecting. The journey to stay connected to healthy community and focused on school has been a hard fought one, but God has been faithful and carried she and her twins through. Mya is still connected to Victory in the City in the same neighborhood where we first met her. Upon graduation, she wants to go to college.
