Zyon

10 years old – 6th grade

We met Zyon for the first time at camp, being a little brother of another student already involved in our program. He was eager to be there and make friends with the other campers. He quickly fell in love with camp; before we knew it, just about everyone knew who he was. It was really sweet seeing him lean into this new place so quickly. When the camp speaker gave the invitation during the session to follow Jesus, Zyon stood up, indicating that he had chosen to give his life to Christ. We are so thankful that he could come to camp with us this year, and we are excited to be plugging him into City Life ministry this school year! – Alex Anderson, Matchbook City Life Director
